POCs and Pilot Projects
We recommend that before implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) on a large-scale in your business enterprise, you begin with a proof of concept (POC) that serves to demonstrate the value of RPA to executives and the workforce as well as the power of the UiPath platform. A successful POC should be followed by a UiPath based RPA pilot project that is “production ready”. The pilot helps in getting a handle on the investments needed as also in identifying the process/ technology/ workflow gaps that will need to be fixed and finetuned to be reusable and repeatable during larger and more complex roll-outs. It is also as a more extensive demonstrator of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) viability in the enterprise.
Our goals in this phase are to:
- Build commitment to RPA through successful demonstration of its value to your organization
- Create an initial team to assist in automation by selecting the use case/process and support development of implementation model
- Validate UiPath as the preferred technology platform

The deliverables will be:

RPA Infrastructure Setup
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) needs the right infrastructure configured to suit your workflows and employee locations; it must be flexible to accommodate hybrid working models and changes to workflows. It must be scalable, to accommodate higher volumes of work as the scope of RPA expands.
